Description
Mobility is a service delivery function within Accenture which provides end-to-end support to our employees traveling or transferring on any cross-border, mobility policy.The Destination Services Coordinator (DSC) is aligned to a Market Unit (MU) to serve as the primary point of contact for traveler, Human Resource (HR) and other internal functions to ensure successful delivery of Destination Services (DS) in the host location(s) throughout the assignment life cycle, and for understanding and escalating risk areas and compliance issues.
The DSC role involves liaising with various suppliers to carry out the following services for the relocating employee: pre-assignment visit, home search, school search, shipping, language training, cross cultural training, spouse / life partner support, settling in services, tenancy management, repatriation training and departure services. The role is very much an important person that will coordinate and liaise between the relocating employee and the preferred suppliers/vendors that we use, ensuring everything runs as smooth as possible for the employees.
The Meeting & Event (M&E) Coordinator is to manage HK meeting and events, local hotels and corporate housing program. Responsible for overseeing service delivery, policy implementation, supplier deals and the safety and security program for our travelers. The M&E Coordinator oversees the HK meeting and events and local hotel and corporate housing program in a single market and collaborates closely with MU Mobility lead and Travel Lead. The M&E Coordinator works with a wide variety of travel suppliers (Meeting vendors, hotels, car rental and other ground transportation suppliers, corporate housing suppliers, etc.) to fulfill the key responsibilities described below.

- Self-starter, with strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and organized in approach to tasks
- 3rd Party Vendor/Partner & Service Quality Management
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft applications (excel, word, Share Point, etc)
- Multi-tasking skills; ability to manage own workload and adjust priorities to work efficiently and meet deadlines, often under compressed time pressure
- Ability to adapt to change and use problem solving skills to overcome unexpected things that may arise
- Experience in home search, relocation, corporate travel, immigration, assignment management
