As a Marketing Project Manager with RPS, one of the largest Managing General Agents (MGAs) in the U.S., you'll play a key role in shaping impactful marketing campaigns that support our Practices, Products, and Programs. Your work will help connect our teams, clients, and communities, ensuring every project delivers value and aligns with our shared goals.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll bring ideas to life and ensure every project runs smoothly. You'll:

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and goals are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create thought leadership content and impactful creative assets.

• Manage events and webinars, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to improve future initiatives.

• Ensure all content aligns with Gallagher's brand standards and values.
