Marketing Operations & Content Manager
As a Marketing Operations & Content Manager at Specialty Incentives, you will:
- Own and execute day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring content, campaigns, and systems run consistently and effectively
- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, website, and client-facing emails
Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot for marketing use, including workflows, campaigns, reporting, and partner coordination - Manage the relationship with our HubSpot partner and other external marketing vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment
- Translate leadership priorities and sales needs into clear marketing plans and executable timelines
- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all channels and materials
- Use data, performance insights, and thoughtful experimentation to continuously improve marketing impact
- Apply AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency, ideation, and execution quality
