Job Title: Marketing Manager, 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join a leading, legal client on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. This is an exciting generalist role suited to a hands-on marketer who is comfortable operating across strategy and execution within a legal environment and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to firm and practice area priorities
• Create and manage high-quality content (articles, newsletters, client communications)
• Manage email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Support and manage social media activity
• Plan and deliver client events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives
• Collaborate with partners and business development teams on pitches and proposals
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all materials
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide marketing guidance
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI

Skills & Experience:

• Experience within professional services industry, preferably legal
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and business development principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, analytics tools)
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and client engagement initiatives
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
• Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance requirements
