We are seeking a Marketing & Business Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic growth initiatives. This role focuses on omni-channel strategy, optimizing marketing spend, improving operational efficiency through AI, and providing actionable insights for the broader company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Biz-Ops Support: Act as the analytical lead for cross-functional projects, translating departmental data into clear performance narratives.
• AI Implementation: Use LLMs (e.g., Claude) and other automation tools to streamline data cleaning, research, and repetitive reporting workflows.
• Data Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing and digital commerce channels.
• Insight Generation: Analyze customer behavior and market trends to provide data-backed recommendations for growth opportunities.
• Growth Marketing Partnership: Provide analytical support to the Growth Marketing team regarding channel spend allocation, creative performance, and incrementality through hold-out testing.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in a data-driven role such as Management Consulting, Growth Analytics, or Business Operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows. Familiarity with Claude Code is a major plus.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or performance marketing is preferred.
• Qualities: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into concise conclusions and a proactive approach to process improvement.
