OVERVIEW:
This is a full-time, on-site role in West Chester, PA, for a Landscape Account Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating and managing crew maintenance schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Landscape Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs. This person uniquely visits the client's property, likes and dislikes, and makes proactive recommendations for the property. Additional responsibilities include providing complete, year-round care to clients by growing the portfolio, preparing and proposing enhancement work to existing clients, and presenting other services to clients from all divisions. Proactive communication is a must in fulfilling our service commitment to ensuring client property needs are met.
DUTIES:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their landscape needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Visit properties to ensure service quality
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project delivery exceeds client expectations
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
- Present proposals confidently, clearly communicating the benefits of our landscape solutions

Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in landscaping customer success management
- Experience managing and delivering exceptional service through landscape crews
- Excellent communication, customer service, and client relationship management abilities
- Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on supervising, developing, and motivating teams
- Strong organizational and independent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and safety standards
- Proficiency with software for project management and administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, IPM, and industry best practices
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
