Where You Make an Impact:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop warm leads.
- Understand customer needs and offer the right Kaiser+Kraft solutions.
- Manage pricing, margins, and contract topics within your accounts.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Customer Service to deliver excellent support.
- Follow up on offers, keep CRM data up to date, and manage your sales pipeline.
- Monitor the market and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
- Prepare customer meetings and support strategic account development.
- Analyze customer results and take action to improve performance.
- Contribute to special projects and support team initiatives when needed.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Very strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Fluency in Czech and English
