We're not looking for polished corporate salespeople with 10+ years of experience. We want hungry, competitive self-starters with something to prove.
We're actively hiring now and onboarding in the next two weeks, with a paid start date in early January. You'll begin with a strong, reliable base salary plus upside commission, so you're earning while you learn. Whether you have 12 years of sales experience or none at all, if you're coachable, driven, and willing to work, we'll give you the training, mentorship, and real estate playbook to build a real six-figure career.
Compensation:$45,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:- Speak with motivated homeowners to understand their needs and timeline
- Make and follow up on offers using our proven real estate process
- Track all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Build trust and rapport with sellers through consistent communication
- Work with the team to move deals from first contact to signed contract
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Comfortable talking to people and handling objections
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
