Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in product management. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with our product manager to assist in the development and execution of our product roadmap and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end engineers, and the data science team, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.
• Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive product improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus (such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, etc).
• Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience working with regional teams or exposure to the Singapore (SGP) market is a strong advantage.
