POSITION SUMMARY
This role is designed for a sales-driven professional who is motivated by building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering a high-touch customer experience. This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong clienteling skills, and the ability to generate repeat business through relationship development and follow-up. The ideal candidate understands how to engage customers, build trust, and guide them through meaningful purchases, particularly in bridal and fine jewelry.
Our client is open to candidates from jewelry, luxury retail, or other consultative sales environments who are looking to grow into a long-term sales career.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain a personal client base through consistent clienteling and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
- Guide customers through bridal, fine jewelry, watches, and gift purchases with a consultative approach.
- Actively follow up with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows, and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, merchandising, and organization.
- Support daily operations including merchandise handling, inventory management, and store upkeep.
- Collaborate with leadership to contribute to overall store performance and team success.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in retail sales, customer-facing sales, or consultative selling.
- Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, and sales environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured retail environment, including Saturdays.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT
Location:
- On-site at Frederica Street showroom.
- Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed Sundays and Mondays (two consecutive days off).
- Retail showroom environment with a blend of customer-facing sales and operational responsibilities.
- No travel required.
COMPENSATION
- Hourly Base: $15 – $20/hour (based on experience).
