Position Summary
The Instructional Designer / Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for designing and developing engaging eLearning training programs and materials that support franchise owners and their office teams. This role also serves as the primary administrator of the LMS, ensuring effective platform functionality and user support. This position plays a vital role in supporting Comfort Keepers mission by delivering high-quality and engaging learning experiences.

Essential Functions
- Lead the full lifecycle of training including: needs assessment, design, development. launch and evaluation.
- Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the LMS, overseeing system configuration, course uploads, content management, updates and end user support.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments and throughout the design and development process.
Apply instructional design models, adult learning principles, to create interactive eLearning, instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual), job aids, participant guides, and more. - Manage training communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth course launches.
Produce compelling multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to enrich learning experiences.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven expertise in designing and developing engaging learning programs
- Exceptional writing, design, and proofreading abilities
- Proficient with eLearning authoring platforms and a range of content creation tools
- Experience in managing an LMS
- Hybrid role, 1 - 2 days per week in the Irvine, CA office
