Join a boutique asset management firm as a Junior Institutional Sales Associate, supporting business growth by developing strong relationships with institutional investors such as financial institutions and pension funds. This position is ideal for professionals with sales experience who are eager to build a career in asset management. Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage investment advisory and private fund mandates from institutional clients (financial institutions, pension funds, etc.).
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive sales and advisory engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, investment materials, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas colleagues to ensure smooth communication on client matters.
• Represent the company in client meetings and events to promote its services and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally in sales or relationship management.
• Open to candidates from non-asset management backgrounds with sales experience.
• Open to candidates with only retail sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong motivation to build a long-term career in asset management.
• Proactive and self-driven with an ability to work independently.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native-level fluency (client communication and documentation).
• English: Intermediate

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Professional certifications such as CMA or CFA are a plus.
• Experience working in a boutique investment or asset management firm.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural, bilingual environment.
