Description
OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth within Nexbelt's green grass channel. This role is focused on outbound and inbound inside sales efforts, with approximately 90% of contact conducted via phone calls and 10% via email communication. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience Required
- 1-3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (golf industry experience preferred but not required).
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Passion for golf or familiarity with the golf industry is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities
Sales Outreach & Account Management
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to green grass accounts, including golf shops, PGA professionals, and on-course retailers.
- Work closely with Nexbelt territory representatives to identify a dedicated target list for generating new business opportunities-both from existing accounts and new prospects.
- Present product offerings, promotions, and new releases to drive sell-through.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with green grass partners, ensuring their needs and challenges are understood and addressed.
- Follow up routinely with customers to generate reorders and maintain product visibility in shops.
