- HR Coordinator
Description
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional employee experience through outstanding customer service, accurate records management, and proactive support of HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for employees and brings energy to employee engagement and learning initiatives. The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR activities, coordinates meetings and documentation, assists with onboarding, and provides administrative support for Learning & Development and leadership initiatives and works on ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely, professional, and service-oriented support
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications
Maintain a welcoming, responsive, and confidential HR presence for employees and leaders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems
Support compliance with internal policies and recordkeeping requirements
Assist with audits, reporting, and data tracking as needed
Process requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders related to HR and Learning & Development
Track expenses and support budget-related documentation
Provide administrative support for L&D programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records
Assist with coordination of internal and external training sessions
Assist with employee onboarding, including paperwork, system access, orientation scheduling, and coordination with internal teams
Support offboarding processes and employee transitions as needed
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service mindset and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (or ability to learn quickly)
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
Experience supporting employee engagement or L&D initiatives
Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Collaborative, approachable, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Knowledge or experience with E-Verify

Requirements
