The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role will lead the company’s national sales function:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and ensure consistent delivery against targets across all client tiers.
- Lead and coach Account Managers and Clinical Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue growth through disciplined sales execution, pipeline management, and strategic client relationships.
- Represent the company in client engagements, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints and reinforcing long-term partnership value.
- Oversee the customer care function to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, while championing a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain and optimize CRM data integrity, using analytics to generate insights that improve client engagement and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure territory execution supports broader strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and sales performance to identify risks and opportunities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
The Requirements
- Proven experience leading national sales teams in health, biotech, or clinical sectors for 3–5 years.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance through people and process.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to support sales execution.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for client success and team development.
