As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a seasoned General Sales Manager who is ready to drive performance and grow alongside us.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on General Sales Manager to oversee our entire sales operation, including New, Pre-Owned, and F&I departments. The ideal candidate is a high-impact leader who understands the Central Valley market and knows how to balance volume with gross profit while maintaining exceptional CSI scores.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Direct and manage the New and Used vehicle sales departments to achieve monthly and annual volume and profit goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, and turn-rate of pre-owned inventory, ensuring a diverse and competitive lot.
F&I Oversight: Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to maximize PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and ensure strict compliance with all regulations.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales staff and middle management team.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on local marketing and digital merchandising initiatives to drive showroom and "up" traffic.
Customer Retention: Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and resolve any escalations with a community-first mindset.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a high-volume Sales Management or GSM role (Chevrolet or GM experience is a significant plus).
Market Knowledge: Proven track record of success within the automotive industry, ideally with familiarity in the Central Valley/Fresno County market.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM systems, inventory management software (e.g., vAuto), and DMS platforms.
Leadership Style: A "lead-from-the-front" mentality with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with both staff and our loyal local clientele.
