Front Desk & Guest Services Coordinator

Wolf Cove Inn – Poland, Maine
$18 per hour | Weekends Required

Wolf Cove Inn is a luxury lakeside boutique inn seeking a dependable, detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team in a front desk–focused role.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys guest interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a calm, can-do attitude to their work.

Schedule

• 3–4 days per week through April
• 5 days per week May–October
• Weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide the Wolf Cove Welcome
• Escort guests to rooms and provide light instruction on room features
• Answer phones professionally and assist with reservations
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations in our booking system
• Keep front desk and public spaces clean and organized
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of common areas
• Assist with light operational tasks during downtime (e.g., folding laundry, resetting spaces)
• Support overall Inn operations as needed

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to go up and down stairs frequently (this role is active)
• Flexible and willing to take on miscellaneous tasks
• Calm and composed when priorities shift
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
