The Company

Our client is a well-established fund services provider that has been operating in Hong Kong for over 10 years. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process while delivering an exceptional client service experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong client onboarding experience and professionalism, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

• Client solutions and advisory: Understand clients' business needs and coordinate tailored solutions across different internal teams to address operational and strategic requirements.
• Business development and growth: Grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities by deepening wallet share and supporting new mandates.
• Sales pipeline management: Develop and manage a healthy client pipeline, from initial discussions through to solution alignment and final approvals.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted point of contact to ensure smooth day‑to‑day engagement and long‑term partnership.
• Market engagement and visibility: Stay close to market developments and maintain strong visibility through client meetings and industry interactions, helping position the firm as a reliable service partner.
• Internal coordination: Work closely with internal partners to ensure high‑quality service delivery and timely resolution of operational or service‑related matters.
• Risk and compliance awareness: Partner with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure all client activities follow relevant guidelines and internal standards.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Knowledge of custody or fund services businesses
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Detail‑oriented, well‑structured, and able to manage priorities under time pressure
