Description

• Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to the established schedules for light vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators.
• Perform General and Top Overhaul tasks independently or in collaboration with the team, covering light vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators.
• Accurately analyze technical issues and prepare the required materials and spare parts needed for repairs.
• Manage and supervise the workshop team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and technical skill development.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other reporting systems to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to workshop activities.
• Conduct quality control checks on workshop outputs to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.
• Actively participate in workplace safety programs, including the implementation of HSE/OSH standards, incident reporting, and safety procedure communication to the team.
• Coordinate with related departments-such as Operations, Estate, and Fleet-to support efficient maintenance and repair processes.
• Evaluate and plan equipment and spare-part requirements, and propose improvements to work systems to enhance workshop efficiency.

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience in workshops, heavy equipment maintenance, or vehicle repair-preferably within an industrial or plantation environment.
• Preferable skilled in performing general repairs and overhaul work (General & Top Overhaul) for light vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators.
• Able to diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Strong understanding of spare-part and material planning for maintenance needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory and team management capabilities.
• Communicative and able to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards and actively participates in HSE/OSH programs.
• Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented.Able to work under pressure and adapt to operational challenges.
