Description

The Field Organizer will work closely with the field director to implement the voter contact program for the campaign. Field organizers will be held to weekly and daily volunteer recruitment and direct voter contact goals. The ideal employee is ambitious, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities are wide-ranging, dependent upon the circumstances, and may include:

Execute a direct voter contact program to persuade and turnout voters.
Be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly goals and metrics.
Recruit, train and manage volunteers and interns to conduct direct-voter contact.
Conduct direct voter contact including, canvassing, phone banking and texting.
Other duties as assigned by the field director, deputy campaign manager or campaign manager.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish Speaker 
Exceptional communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
Strong ability to anticipate the needs of others
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to work long and unpredictable hours, especially including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Have reliable transportation, a cell phone and a laptop
