Job Title: European Senior Product Manager - MV Transformer

Job Location: This role can be based in Düsseldorf (Germany), The Hague (Netherlands), or Madrid (Spain).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - MV Transformer to lead product portfolio management across the European region. This role plays a key part in shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and strengthening our position within the European energy infrastructure and renewable energy markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the MV Transformer product portfolio in the European market.
• Analyse new business models, emerging technologies, and market trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Lead new product planning and roadmap development, including joint innovation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in industry standardization bodies and working groups.
• Build and develop a regional ecosystem with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support long-term market leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, business opportunities, key account strategies, and changes in standards. Ability to provide strategic input to headquarters and contribute to new business direction setting. Familiarity with market insight methodologies.
• Solid marketing and customer engagement skills, including collaboration with customer experts, support for key and senior-level marketing activities, and provision of technical support to sales teams.
• Proven experience in R&D and product management for transformer products, with familiarity in transformer solutions applied in photovoltaic and energy storage scenarios. Familiarity with MV/HV Transformers, MV RMU, and Switchgear is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of transformer industry development trends, including awareness of relevant policies, market directions, industry and standardization organisations, and equipment suppliers across different countries.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and internationally as required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
