Child Care Aware of Kentucky is the statewide regional network for Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) services supporting access to safe, affordable, quality child care for families and professional development for child care providers and trainers.
This position will serve as anEarly Childhood Training Content Developer. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with the training coach team to identify early care and education training needs aligned with Child Care Aware of Kentucky's statewide initiatives.
- Lead efforts to address required training needs for early care and education staff and credentialed trainers across the state.
- Develop engaging and effective training content in collaboration with team members and subject matter experts.
- Assess and determine statewide training needs to ensure compliance and quality standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold or be willing to obtain the Kentucky State Credential for Early Childhood Trainers (Level 4 or higher), have experience developing trainings and a strong background and knowledge of early childhood.
