CVS Health is seeking a highly motivatedDigital AI Product Manager to join our Aetna Digital Product team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI‑driven digital health solutions that simplify the healthcare experience and improve outcomes for our members. You will partner across engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to bring innovative AI concepts to life-leveraging machine learning, large language models, and data‑driven insights.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching complex AI products, strong product management expertise, and passion for transforming healthcare through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs
- Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, legal, and architecture to deliver high‑quality, compliant, user-centered product experiences
- Leverage data, analytics, and KPIs to inform prioritization, optimize features, measure outcomes, and validate product decisions through experimentation
- Drive agile product development, including PI planning, backlog management, and translating business requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories
- Monitor AI, healthcare, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and long‑term product evolution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leading and delivering AI/ML/LLM‑powered digital products
- 5+ years product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital product, with a track record of launching complex digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics, metrics, and user insights to drive product decisions and measure outcomes
- Proven leadership experience guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years incorporating AI, machine learning, or large language models into digital products
- Experience building consumer-facing digital products across iOS, Android, and web
- Strong communicator with proven skill in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Background in applying AI to improve member experiences, accelerate development, or enhance digital workflows
- Master's Degree in Healthcare technology
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
