JOB DESCRIPTIONDigital Account Manager
WESH 2/CW18, the Hearst-Owned NBC affiliate in the Orlandois looking for a Digital Account Manager. You will work with the Sales Account Executives and their clients to ensure successful digital and web advertising campaigns. We're looking for candidates who can provide customer service to our clients and sales representatives. You'll process online and mobile advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials and overseeing successful digital campaign execution. You need to prioritize projects and manage your time. This is a great opportunity in a growing segment of our organization. You will report to the Digital Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimization and account management of all digital campaign plans associated with pre- and post-sale, supervised by the DSM
- Work with the DSM and account executives to provide clients targeted solution recommendations, ongoing campaign optimization, and insightful post sale reporting
- Works closely with sales management and account executives to collaborate and oversee digital advertising campaigns across desktop, mobile, and our programmatic solutions
- Media plan creation, campaign optimization, reporting, campaign retention and renewal, and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues
- Provide critical day-to-day support and service to our clients while creating additional value both internally and externally
- Attends client meetings and presentations when necessary to review post campaign performance, optimization recommendations and renewals
Requirements
- Online advertising trafficking, sales coordinator/planner or related experience
- 3-5 years experience working with digital ad solutions, campaign optimization and analytics
- Experience with web technologies (HTML 5, Flash, JavaScript)
- Working knowledge of DFP and Google Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Experience with programmatic advertising
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
- Related military experience will be considered
- In-person attendance is required
