Description
POSITION SUMMARY
CRYJ seeks a motivated, community-oriented professional to serve as our first Missoula Development Coordinator (DC), a foundational role for our new Missoula office. Under the supervision of CRYJ’s Kalispell-based Development Director, the DC will be the primary "on-the-ground" presence for fundraising and community engagement efforts in Missoula.
Working alongside the established Missoula program team, the DC will implement and refine CRYJ’s Development Plan. You will be responsible for identifying and stewarding relationships with local donors, business partners, and foundations. The DC also serves as a key community ambassador, deepening CRYJ’s presence through events, social media, community collaborations, and other outreach campaigns.
Critically, this role requires a balance of independent self-starter and collaborator, being the connector between CRYJ’s on-the-ground impact, our larger organizational vision, and the specific needs and resources of the Missoula community.
