Your new role

• Assist in managing day-to-day customer service operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Support onboarding and training for new CS team members
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics
• Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience

What you'll need to succeed

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or operations support preferred
