What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
• Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
• Support the technical team by keeping things running smoothly
• Help create a calm, welcoming experience for pets and their people.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, reliable, and compassionate team player
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Customer service experience (Veterinary or medical background preferred)
• A genuine love for animals
• Someone excited about all the fun changes coming to us including cloud-based PIMS, clinic renovations and more!

What We're Offering:

• Pay starting at $17.00/ hr. to commensurate with experience
