Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - ensuring every visit is smooth, informative, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive, professional experience at every visit.
• Answer multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Educate clients about hospital policies, wellness programs, and preventive care.
• Support the veterinary team by facilitating smooth patient check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage reminders, prescription requests, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary CSR or in a veterinary clinic setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management software (such as Petdesk, AviMark, Provet Cloud)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach toward pets and their owners.
