CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Salary: Negotiable DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones
• Enter orders
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Enter quotes for sales reps
• General office work (filing, etc.)
• Work with outside sales reps and assist them in servicing their customers
• Work with vendors for pricing and order status

Requirements:
• Product knowledge of packaging and janitorial supplies (Required)
• 3+years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Organized/Multi-Tasker
• Computer literate
• Reliable
• Detail oriented
• Able to work well with others
