Description
Now Hiring: Front Desk Client Experience Coordinator(Full-Time | Tierrasanta)
We're Not Just a Vet Hospital-We're a Place Where Pets (and People) Feel Seen, Heard, and Cared For.
- If you're the kind of person who notices when someone walks in looking a little nervous...
- If you find joy in calming a worried pet parent, or offering a warm smile that says, "You're in good hands"...
- If people often say you're the heart of the team-calm under pressure, quick to help, and always five steps ahead-
You might be exactly who we're looking for
About the Role
This isn't just a front desk job.
You'll be the first voice people hear on the phone, the first face they see when they walk in, and the last impression they carry when they leave.
That means you're not just handling check-ins-you're setting the tone for their entire experience with us.
You'll be:
- Welcoming clients and patients with empathy and warmth.
- Managing phone calls, scheduling, and reminders with clarity and professionalism.
- Handling check-outs and payments with care and attention to detail Collaborating with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and a seamless client experience Recognizing that your presence, words, and energy matter to every person and every pet who walks through our doors
Who We're Looking For
- We hire first for attitude and alignment-then for skills.
- We can train the right person on software; we can't train someone to care.
You're a great fit if
- You're passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment where no two days are alike.
- You're emotionally intelligent and know how to read a room (or a lobby!)
- You can gracefully juggle phone calls, in-person conversations, and a wagging tail or two.
- You love animals-but just as importantly, you love people.
This is not the job for you if
- You prefer work where every day looks the same
- You find client-facing work exhausting or frustrating
- You just want to clock in and out without much interaction
- You're uncomfortable with emotionally charged situations (we see it all-joy, fear, grief, relief)
What It's Like to Work Here
- We believe culture isn't just posters on the wall-it's how we show up for each other every day.
- That means:
- We lift each other up. We don't play the blame game.
- We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Laughter is part of the medicine.
- We value empathy, communication, and consistency-because pets and their people deserve nothing less.
- We're committed to creating not just a great client experience, but a great team experience too.
Perks & Benefits
- A team that supports you like family
- Opportunities to grow and learn every day
- Competitive pay and benefits (discussed during interview)
- Plenty of puppy kisses and kitty head bumps
To Apply:
Don't just send a resume-send a short note telling us why this sounds like the right place for you.
