About the OpportunityWe're partnering with a leading national organisation in the wholesale and distribution sector to recruit Customer Service Operators for their Canning Vale office. The RoleAs a Customer Service Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You'll play a key role in supporting increased workloads across South Australia and Northern Territory.
Available Positions

• 1 x Full-Time Permanent
• 1 x Full-Time Fixed-Term contract 12 months (Temp-to-Perm)
• 1 x Part-Time (Mon-Wed, 6 hrs/day)

Hours

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Part-Time: Monday-Wednesday, 6 hours per day
• Occasional WA-only public holiday work

Work Arrangement

• 100% on-site at Canning Vale office
• Parking available

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide first-contact resolution
• Process customer and supplier orders accurately
• Maintain customer records and liaise with internal teams
• Support new initiatives and perform administrative tasks

• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
