Description
Exciting Customer Service and Administration role based in North Sydney !! Your new companyI am currently hiring a friendly, organised, and motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to join a well-established company located in North Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You'll be the first point of contact for the business, welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Please note : You must be an Australian citizen or have PR to apply for this role.
Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries
- Triage and respond to incoming enquiries with a high standard of customer service
- Follow-up messages received via the virtual receptionist
- Provide basic information about our product portfolio and escalate enquiries where required
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, archiving, and document preparation
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and take meeting minutes as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Completed Higher School Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service/ Admin
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A supportive team happy to train and mentor you
- Great exposure to office administration, HR support, and business operations
- Variety in your day-to-day work
- A strong foundation for future career growth
