Description
Location: Usay House, South Cerney, Cirencester, GL7 5XZSalary: £26,228 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer & Sales Support Administrator, you'll ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting both customers and our internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing customer documentation with accuracy.
- Quality-checking applications to ensure compliance.
- Liaising with insurers and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Updating customer records and handling general enquiries.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and data logs to a high standard.

Who We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (office-based experience helpful but not essential).
- Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and general office systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
- A positive, adaptable, team-focused attitude.
