Visual Sound is seeking for an Account Manager in a hunter's role to join our professional Broomall, PA office! You will actively prospect and concentrate on enterprise corporate and government accounts in support of the team's targeted revenue sales within your territory.

As the leading provider of audio-visual consultative solutions in the mid-Atlantic region, we are comprised of a team specializing in modern and trending solutions to meet today's ever-changing workplace and communication needs, to include remote, hybrid and on-premises solutions.
Our in-house design engineering, sales, logistics, procurement, project management, and installation teams provide the services required to consistently complete projects on time, with excellent performance and with on-site service contracts to ensure that the systems are maintained and utilized to their full potential.
Job Overview:
The Corporate Sales Account Manager is tasked with achieving company goals and objectives. This role focuses on exceeding sales revenue targets, fostering valuable customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and enhancing professional selling skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Servicing existing customer base while generating new business to expand corporate B2B and local/state government customer base
- Provide timely and accurate response to customers' required proposals and/or bids
- Writing and submitting professional proposals
- Follow-up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
- Promote Visual Sound, Inc. and the products and services that are offered
- Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Develop a sales plan to meet company sales goals and objectives
- Make necessary sales presentations to customers and management as requested
- Acquire and maintain sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered
- Research and obtain information on position specific training opportunities
- Other duties as required or assigned by company management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in business, marketing or engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of sales or service of electronics equipment
- Prior experience with customer relations, marketing, and communications
- Heavy knowledge in sales, customer service, or cold calling
- A hunter's mentality and competitive spirit that is hungry to sale and close
- Displays a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Excellent oral, written communication, and organizational skills
- Growth mindset and strong business ethics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant training in sales and 5 years selling experience in AV, IT, or telecommunications
