The Contract Administrator I researches, prepares, offers negotiation support, and maintains contracts for organizational operations. Ensures contracts are accurately documented, maintained, and compliant with company standards.The Contract Administrator I
Assists with research, analysis, and preparation of contract documents and supporting materials.
Coordinates contract maintenance activities and supports negotiation processes.
Ensures contract documents are properly executed, saved, tracked, and documented in accordance with department standards.
Maintains contract files, databases, and contact records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitors and responds to contracting-related email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitors, processes, and resolves single case agreements.
Reviews contract proposals for accuracy and completeness; identifies discrepancies and recommends corrections to leadership.
Monitors contracts for compliance and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborates with internal departments and stakeholders to support contract administration activities.
What We Require:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: None.
Licensure/certification: N/A
Other Minimum Qualifications: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear, effective communication skills. Detail orientated. Must be able to meet high productivity and accuracy standards. High focus and concentration needed for computer, analytical, organizational and time management. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, computer/PC skills. Excellent documentation and follow-up skills required.
