- Compliance Coordinator
Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all CAK
programs, services, and operations adhere to applicable federal, state, and local
regulations, as well as contractual obligations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review, analyze and monitor contracts, agreements, and grants to ensure compliance
with all terms and conditions.
2. Track deadlines, deliverables and reporting requirements for LIHEAP, kynect, HEA,
Goodwill and other programs as needed.
3. Review and monitor subcontractor agreements to ensure compliance with contractual
obligations.
4. Track subcontractor deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
5. Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of subcontractor activities, including
financial, operational, and programmatic performance.
6. Ensure manuals are updated annually and as needed to reflect new requirements
7. Prepare reports on subcontractor compliance status and any corrective actions taken.
8. Occasional day and overnight travel required

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related
field is preferred. Years of relevant experience can be used to meet the educational
requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
Efficient time management, proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic databases.
Compassion and empathy with the ability to identify problems and recommend
solutions, inspire, and motivate. Ability to follow and apply written and verbal
instructions. Reliable transportation, valid Kentucky driver’s license with proof of
insurance. Must pass criminal background check.
