Description
The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing exceptional support and coordination. This position involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and assisting withadministrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer skills and most importantly, compassionate heart for our clients and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time management.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
Collaborate with caregivers to coordinate schedules and hold a role of accountability.
Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and caregivers visiting the office.
Skills:
Previous experience in caregiving desirable, willing to train
Proficiency in effective communication
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
