SPA provides services for Wealth Management, financial advisory, Investment banking, corporate finance, risk management, valuation, M&A and insurance broking.

The Group has established itself as one of India’s leading financial advisory house, offering various financial solutions to its Institutional, corporate and individual clients.
Job Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
- Understand client objectives and financial goals; recommend tailored investment and financial products that best meet their needs.
- Engage with key decision-makers in Treasury, Finance, and Accounts departments of corporates to introduce and position SPA’s advisory solutions.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Generate leads through various channels, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Address service-related issues post-sale and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Identify and build relationships with strategic partners and intermediaries to enhance business opportunities.
- Work closely with research and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relevant marketing content and proposals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SPA, ensuring strong visibility and preference among clients and asset management companies.
- Proactively expand the client network through industry events, personal connections, and professional networks.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory.
Targeted Segment: Corporates, Institutions and HNIs.
Location: New Delhi , Mumbai,
Salary: Negotiable as per the experience (Depending on the candidature)
