Position:

As Business Analyst & Coordinator within the Industrial BusinessGroup you support initiatives and day-to-day projects across the IndustrialBusiness Groups. You work closely with BG Directors, Business Development Directors,IPMs, and the President of the Industrial Business Groups, taking a hands-onrole in fostering cross-functional collaboration, providing digital support,conducting business analyses, and owning as well as executing projects. Throughstructured coordination, clear prioritization, and active project leadership,you contribute to the effective alignment of global activities. This roleoffers broad exposure to diverse markets and provides insight into strategicand operational initiatives across the organization.

PositionResponsibilities:

• Support major industrial pitches by effectively working across several business groups, including overall pitch structure and content, market & business analysis, cross-functional collaboration (marketing, principal management etc.)
• Over time, take ownership of key pitch materials and act as gatekeeper for pitch quality and consistency
• Support in organization of Townhalls & Business Group Meetings
• Support in identifying success stories and best practices across business groups, facilitate learning and implementation of such best practices
• Be the digital champion of industrial business groups across multiple platforms
• Track supplier expansion and attrition for the global industrial sector and maintain information (in excel or similar tools)
• Be the counterpart for IPMs of strategic principals in executing digital & business analysis relevant tasks, while providing hands-on support to 1-2 assigned principals
• Provide onboarding support and guidance for major principal onboarding projects

PositionProfile:

• Bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent, e.g., in business administration, marketing, digital/data-related fields, or in sciences such as chemistry or a related area
• At least three years of professional experience in a commercial position such as sales, customer service, or product management, business analysis, ideally in the chemical industry
• Project management experience or strong project coordination and follow-up skills
• Highly proficient in working with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and at least 2 years experience in BI- & CRM-tools (Salesforce Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
• Digitally minded curious and open to new tools and ways of working
• Practical, logical thinker, fast learner, with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across functions and with diverse teams and stakeholders, with clear and confident communication
• Team-oriented, proactive and willing to take ownership
• Proficiency in English & German
