We are seeking a passionate sales pro to be our dedicated Bentley Brand Sales Manager. This is a relentless, high-reward sales role.
We are looking for a professional who is ready to DOMINATE the Bentley market in the D.C. region. This means actively driving sales through traditional luxury client relationship management and proactive, personal digital engagement.
This is a senior sales position. Your success is measured strictly by your Bentley unit sales and revenue generation. You will leverage your digital skills to out-hustle the competition and bring in highly qualified clientele.
What We Require: Sales Drive and Digital Edge
Mandatory Exotic/Luxury Sales Experience: Proven, sustained success in exotic or ultra-luxury automotive sales is non-negotiable.
Bentley Sales Focus: You will be the resident expert and primary salesperson focused on maximizing Bentley sales volume and profitability.
You must be a proactive, tech-savvy, hands-on professional who uses digital platforms as a direct sales tool.
You will actively create, film, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to generate leads and cultivate a personal brand that drives Bentley sales. (We have a marketing team, but we want someone who can develop their own content too + willingly participate in content production)
This is not a support role; you are the digital face of Bentley sales for our dealership.
