Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AV Product & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage the lifecycle of Audio-Visual products and solutions. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, managing vendor relationships, and leading market expansion initiatives.

Job Summary:

Set and meet revenue targets and sales quotas.Build relationships with key vendors, clients, system integrators, and partners.Lead contract negotiations and close major AV deals.Establish competitive pricing structures, profit margins, and discount tiers for integrators and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Build relationships with vendors, clients, system integrators, consultants, and partners.

• Lead contract negotiations and close major AV projects.

• Define and manage the product roadmap for AV hardware and software solutions.

• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance.

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life (EOL) phase-outs.

• Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and profit margins.

• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AV technologies and solutions.
• Proven experience in AV sales, product management, or systems integration.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong public speaking and project management abilities.
• Experience with pricing strategy and channel management.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
