The position will be based in either Whitehouse Station, NJ or Philadelphia, PA and will report to the Vice President of Business Development.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing highly productive sales relationships with small business owners, distribution partners, and colleagues.
- On behalf of Chubb's Agents and Brokers, provide recommendations directly to Small Business Owners to select Chubb as their go-forward provider.
- Create and manage a sales plan to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Results-driven individual with superior sales skills who conducts virtual, telephonic sales calls as part of a collaborative sales team. Must be able to thrive in a fast paced and structured environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand buying behaviors and effectively position Chubb products, programs, and services.
- Develop deep knowledge of all applicable Chubb products, including BOP, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, as well as a suite of Financial Lines products, including Cyber, Employment Practices Liability, D&O, E&O, and Fiduciary coverages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' proven sales experience in a high performing culture and organization with demonstrated ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals.
- 4- year college degree
- Insurance experience preferred
- Outstanding negotiation, relationship building, influence, and closing skills
- Microsoft product knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, etc.)
